CO2 Adsorbent evaluation test
We are conducting evaluation tests of CO2 adsorbents with the aim of further improving their performance.
We have created evaluation cells in which various aminosilanes are attached to various types of silica gel. (Photo 1)
An evaluation test was conducted using the CO2 adsorbent evaluation test device shown in Photo 2. (Photo 1)
1. Set the test cell on top of the saturated steam generator and desorb CO2 for about one minute.
2. Set the evaluation cell and suck in outside air using an air pump.
3. Measure the CO2 removal rate while sampling air from the air pump outlet.
